Ariel serves as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Town Hall Ventures, where she plays a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Before joining Town Hall Ventures, she was the Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at Mavik Capital Management. Prior to relocating to New York, Ariel held roles as a Project Manager at the Richmond City Health District and as a fifth-grade teacher with Richmond Public Schools.
