Vice President, Hatch

Caroline Ririe is a Vice President at Town Hall and a Concept Lead of Hatch, our dedicated platform building transformational healthcare companies from scratch. Before joining the Town Hall team, Caroline served as VP of Growth and Strategy at Belong Health, a risk-bearing Medicare partner to payers and providers, led Growth and Partner Success at Sitka (sold to AristaMD in 2023) and worked in management consulting at Bain & Company. Caroline serves as Treasurer of Raleigh Village East, a non-profit enabling underserved community members to age in place.
