Catherine Olexa-Meadors is the Head of Growth and Partnerships at Town Hall Ventures, where she leads strategic engagement with institutional stakeholders, shapes the firm’s platform strategy, and supports portfolio companies in unlocking commercial opportunities through product and go-to-market guidance. She brings 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare innovation, value-based care startups, and senior care operations. Prior to joining Town Hall, she was SVP of Innovation at Aledade, where she incubated and scaled a portfolio of clinical interventions that supported the company’s growth from 200,000 to 2 million patients and generated over $60 million in shared savings. Earlier, she held leadership roles on the early team at Remedy Partners (now Signify Health), and began her career operating senior care communities. Catherine is also a mentor, speaker, and contributor to national healthcare forums and venture research. She believes the right partnerships can accelerate innovation and improve care for those who need it most.
