Janet Yim is Head of Platform at Town Hall Ventures, where she leads the firm's platform function across key account management, external communications, portfolio company support, and strategic event execution. She serves as the connective tissue between the firm's investment team and its broader ecosystem of limited partners, health systems, payers, and mission-aligned partners — ensuring that Town Hall's relationships, insights, and initiatives are executed with consistency and impact. Janet brings a background that spans healthcare operations, corporate strategy, and venture ecosystem building. Prior to joining Town Hall, she was a Director of Population Health at Oak Street Health and Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer of Medicare and Duals at Aetna, where she built, scaled, and managed care delivery models to improve transitions of care and reduce avoidable readmissions. She started her career in healthcare provider-side strategy consulting at Sg2, a Vizient company, where she leveraged proprietary data tools to advise C-suite executives on their business strategy. She is passionate about building and scaling businesses at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and access — and believes that the right ecosystem connections can meaningfully accelerate innovation and expand care for historically underserved populations.
