Joann Barsky

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations

Joann Barsky is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at Town Hall. Joann oversees all aspects of financial reporting for the firm and its investment funds. She leads the day-to-day management of firm-wide operations, including compliance, tax, human resources and information technology. Joann also works closely on legal matters and investor relations. Before joining Town Hall, Joann served as Controller for Angelo Gordon’s private equity funds, which focus on middle market investments across the financial services, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Joann worked in Deloitte & Touche’s Audit and Assurance Group.

B.S.B.A. with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance from Boston University

Corsica. It’s a mountainous island in the Mediterranean, perfect for long hikes and lazy days at the beach.
