Principal

Will Stokes is a Principal at Town Hall, leading Hatch, our dedicated platform for building transformational healthcare companies from scratch. Prior to rejoining the Town Hall team, Will served as Co-Founder and Chief Growth & Performance Officer for THV de novo portfolio company Strive Health, a category leader in value-based kidney care, leading growth, strategy, and profitability performance from conception to national scale serving over 140K people living with chronic kidney disease and accounting for over $4B in medical cost. Will conceived the original business plan for Strive working with the early Town Hall Ventures and Oxeon Ventures teams before joining the company when launched in 2018. Prior to his work in kidney care, Will co-founded Empiric Health, an AI-powered clinical analytics company supporting surgeon decision making, while working in the Oxeon Venture Studio. The company sold to Olive Health in 2021.

On a field trip to the lake, zoo, museum, local construction site with my young boys just trying to keep up.

What inspires you?

A great comeback story. Very little in life or in company creation is all "up and to the right". Whether it's reading a great biography, rooting for the Tennessee Titans or Memphis Grizzlies, or watching my boys learn something new, I'm inspired by the stories of success that at some point find bottom, overcome the odds, and surprise in the end.
